All orders are subject to authorization and approval. Estimated arrival times do not include weekends or holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
You will receive a tracking number via email. If delivery is delayed due to an incident beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and take steps to minimize the effect of the delay.
Some items may also include a delivery surcharge, which varies depending on weight and dimensions.
Free shipping with a minimum purchase of €180
Get free standard shipping with a minimum purchase of €180 (after promotions and discounts have been applied). Taxes do not count toward the minimum purchase requirement.
For H-D Siebla Málaga products purchased through the dealer's website, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, unless the value of the purchased merchandise exceeds €180, the package weighs less than 5 kg, and the delivery is to the mainland, in which case, these costs will be borne by the dealer. The shipping price is automatically calculated when the customer enters the delivery address. HD Siebla Málaga is not responsible for any fees or taxes charged outside of Spain.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
We only ship to the following countries through their respective websites: Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, and Switzerland.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders to the following destinations:
- Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Falkland Islands, Guernsey, or Jersey. The following postcode areas are also not suitable for delivery: IM, FIQQ 1ZZ, GY1-GY9, JE1-JE4, GX11 1AA, PO30-PO41
- The following postcode areas in Spain: GX11 1AA (Gibraltar)
- The following postcode areas in Italy: 47890-47899 and 23030 (Livigno)
- The following postcode areas in France: 97000-97999 and 98000-98999
Express delivery may have an additional charge and is carried out within 1 to 2 business days. This delivery option may not be available in certain markets and/or on certain products.
