With Roadside Assistance, Homestart or Mechanical/Electrical Recovery services, our specialist recovery agents can help you get back on your way. They can arrange for roadside repairs or organise a onward travel assistance package.

This coverage is provided with every new Harley-Davidson motorcycle and also with every Harley Originals Approved Used motorcycle purchased from our network of authorised dealers, during your first year of ownership. Core services cover Roadside Assistance, Homestart, Recovery and Exchange, Onward Travel1, Overnight Accommodation2, and Motorcycle Repatriation3

  1. Continuation of the trip consists of a contribution to the cost of the rest of the journey to your destination.
  2. Contribution to the cost of overnight accommodation in case the motorcycle cannot be repaired in time to continue the trip.
  3. Repatriation of the motorcycle to your country of residence if the breakdown occurs abroad and the motorcycle cannot be repaired in less than 14 days.
