The kit allows the turn signal lights to be moved from the rear fender struts to a turn signal bar mounted on the license plate bracket.

Required to install Saddlebags P/N 91615-09A, 88200-09A, 90181-08A, 90460-06B, 79300-06A, 90564-06B, 90369-06C, and 88343-10. Fits '02-'17 Dyna™ (except FXDF, FXDWG and '09-'17 FXDB) and '04-later XL models (except XL883N, XL1200N, XL1200NS, XL1200X, XL1200XS and '11-later XL1200C). Does not fit with Layback License Plate Mounting Kits.
